Debbie McDonald: American Olympian Debbie McDonald had an extensive competition career. McDonald won a team bronze medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics, a team and individual gold medal at the 1999 Pan American Games, team silver at the 2002 World Equestrian Games and team bronze at the 2006 World Equestrian Games. She was the first American to win the title at the FEI World Cup. She has a unique eye for talented riders, which the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) acknowledged by naming her the Developing Dressage Coach in early 2010. She currently trains high performance athletes Laura Graves, Kasey Perry-Glass and Adrienne Lyle.

David Marcus: David Marcus represented Canada in the 2012 London Olympics and 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France, on Chrevis Capital. The pair also competed on multiple Nations Cup teams and topped the North American League to qualify for the 2013 World Cup Final in Gothenburg, Sweden. Throughout his career, David has won many Grand Prix, including CDIs at Dressage at Devon and the Adequan Global Dressage Festival. He won the 2016 Adequan/USDF Intermediate II Dressage Horse of the Year Award aboard Binjora and in 2017 he was selected as the guest rider and judge for the KWPN Championships Pavo Cup in Ermelo, Netherlands. 
Jessica Jo Tate: JJ Tate first received recognition as the United States top young rider at the Grand Prix level. She continued to earn multiple national and regional titles and has competed close to 30 horses at the FEI level. She led her regions North American Young Rider team to a silver medal and is also a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist. In 2006, she won the Grand Prix Special at the Winter Equestrian Festival and was a FEI World Cup reserve finalist which longlisted her for the World Equestrian Games. JJ also finished as the runner-up in Robert Dovers ͞Search for the Next American Equestrian Star.͟ JJ and Donnermuth were chosen to represent the U.S. at the World Breeding Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany, and were the highest scoring American pair.
Nicholas Fyffe: Nicholas Fyffe is a Grand Prix rider who represents Australia in international competition. He contributed to the Australian teams gold medal at the 2007 Tri Nations Cup in Johannesburg, South Africa and he has ridden on four consecutive Nations Cup Teams in Wellington. He has qualified multiple horses for the World Young Horse Championships. Among his success stories is Fiero HGF, the PRE stallion whom he has developed from an unstarted 3-year-old to winning the Adequan/USDF U.S. PRE All Breeds Award in 2016. Nicholas is currently listed on the Australian National Dressage Future Squad.  
 
Shannon Peters: Shannon Peters riding career began in western and saddle seat before college brought her to Colorado where she launched her successful dressage business. In 2002, Shannon moved the business to San Diego to shares the Arroyo Del Mar Farm with husband, Olympian Steffen Peters. She achieved her USDF bronze, silver and gold medals and is also a three-time U.S. National Championship competitor. Her skills include developing young horses such as Weltinos Magic with whom she won Reserve National Champion at the Young Horse Championships in 2008. 
Meagan Davis: In 2002, at only 11-years-old, Meagan Davis became the youngest rider to represent the United States in international competition by competing in the FEI Pony Division at the Americas Cup. Her career flourished and in 2010 she was the only US rider to finish in the "A" final at the Young Rider World Cup in Frankfurt, Germany. She has since gone on to earn her USDF bronze, silver, and gold medals and has won many regional championships. Meagan won the FEI Young Rider division at the 2010 Palm Beach Dressage Derby CDI and has earned top placings in the small tour division at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival.
